Purchases
We accept both U.S. and internationally placed orders through all major credit cards via secured transactions. You will receive an order summary once your order has been placed. This summarizes your order however it does not confirm it. Maak Lab has the right to cancel an order at any time. Order cancellations may occur but are not limited to: lack of stock to fulfill the order, suspicion of fraud, or any discrepancies on an item’s description or price. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your order based on any of the reasons listed above. If we are unable to fulfill any item(s) in your order we will refund you for the item(s).
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of Maak Lab products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personal care related items. Please email info@maaklab.com if you have any questions or concerns. . We will accept returns or replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.
Shipping
Maak Lab ships orders within 1 week. Orders are shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail (3 days), FedEx Ground (2-10 days), or internationally through USPS International First-Class (6-10 days). Shipping notification is provided by email at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges including import fees, customs fees, taxes or returned/rejected packages. Shipping costs are incurred by you, the customer, and are based on either estimated parcel weight, or destination. Tracking numbers will be provided for all domestic and international orders. Despite quoted shipment arrival dates, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

RTS Packages
In the event that an order is returned to us marked as ‘RTS’ (return to sender) the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping if approved by you, the customer. If the you, the customer, cannot be reached and there is no reply the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded less the original shipping cost and any duties incurred by Maak Lab via the returned parcel. Maak Lab is not responsible for ‘unclaimed’, ‘refused’, or lost packages shipped to the stated address given for the order.
